The Jetter Arms and Manifolds produce variable jetting power and is capable of trenching pipelines, umbilicals and cables up to 3 meters depth. The proven design has been upgraded to operate in varying sands and clays. Detailed engineering is undertaken to ensure a bespoke configuration for optimal performance for every project.

SPS Trencher System
Thank you for your interest in our Subsea Jetting Trenching Systems for your review. As already proposed and we offered our Jetter Trenching System that consists of the following components:
- Dual Jetter Swords (Jetter Arms)
- Dual Turbine Pumps with Subsea Electric Motors
- Jetter Manifold with Hydraulic Cylinders for both trenching depth and trench width adjustments.
- This includes shut-off valves for back flushing and unloading the system.
- Required Position and Pressure Sensors
This assembly must be mounted to a Jetting Skid which must be designed for the operating depth and sea bottom composite to determine the best skid design for the application. The skid can be designed & built by your company or we can offer the complete assembly.
The Skid Assembly will be towed by the surface vessel using the A-Frame and capable of supporting the unit weight plus towing forces required for the skid
